Ryan's Senior Year College Fund

Hi, my name is Ryan Lloyd and I just completed my third year at St. Joe's University in Philadelphia. I was diagnosed with Autism at age 3.  I have worked very hard to come this far and have overcome a lot of adversity throughout my life. With the love and support of friends and family and sheer determination, I have been able to conquer many of the challenges that have been thrown my way.

         I know the greatest hope for me to become a fully independent successful adult is to graduate college. Unfortunately, my family is experiencing economic difficulties and cannot afford to finance my fourth year at college and that the remaining student loans will not cover my costs. I am heartbroken, through 3 years, St. Joe’s has been very instrumental in helping me as an autistic student get an education. I have been a scholar at the Kinney Center. This is a place on campus that helps students with Autism with academics and life in general.

             I have always approached the obstacles that have come my way with faith, passion, and enthusiasm. I have looked into all my options to fund my education. I even pursued a job opportunity to become a Hawk Mascot. I have decided to start a GoFundMe to ask your help in raising sufficient funds to help me finish my last year at St. Joe's.

              I am very honest and have a lot of integrity. I would be fully responsible for any money raised.  The funds would strictly be used for my education. If I am not able to return to school, all of the money will be refunded.  No gift is too small.
