For $160, you can send a student or a person currently earning a low income, to Washington DC for the March for Our Lives Rally on March 24th, 2018 and urge Congress to act now!
We are Rise Up Western Massachusetts, a chapter of Indivisible representing the First Congressional District of MA. Check out our website at www.riseupwesternmass.com.
We have organized a bus that will take 50 WMass people to the March for Our Lives rally in Washington DC on March 24th. The March for Our Lives rally has been organized by the young survivors of the mass gun shooting in Florida, with the support of Oprah Winfrey, George Clooney, etc.
Our bus/hotel package costs $160 per person -- a great price, but still too steep for many of the W Mass students and people with low incomes who want to go.
If you'd like to sponsor a person who wants to go but cannot afford it, donate $160 (or more or less) to this GoFundMe before 3/10/2018, and we will use it cover the expense of one or more marcher.
