You all have your own personal memories of our mother Ruth. Through her force of will and indomitable spirit she became an undeniable influence on the landscape and history of Albuquerque and has touched the lives of countless people.
She has always been an outspoken and energetic individual, until now. A diagnostically elusive gastrointestinal illness has taken over our mothers life. She is unable to eat due to intense debilitating pain upon ingestion of food and has dropped weight to a catastrophic degree. She is simply wasting away before our very eyes.
Her family is imploring anyone with the ability to help donate to her medical costs, to please do so. We need to raise funds to seek out specialized care, as all medical procedures so far have proven completely ineffective.
