Ruth Edwards ' road to recovery

Hello Facebook friends! I am starting this site on behalf of my sister in law, Ruth Edwards. On October 27th, Ruth suffered a major stroke that left her paralyzed on her right side,and unable to speak. So far she is able to make some sounds, and is beginning to write with her left hand a bit.
Those who know Ruth, understand what a strong willed fighter she is. Although she is making small improvements daily, her recovery will be a long journey. Ruth 's love in life is caring for her grandchildren, making sure they are safe, and able to make it to activities and appointments.
Ruth spent nearly a week at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, and was recently moved to the Denali Center for further care and rehabilitation. Although she is making progress, bills are mounting, and she still has a long way to go.
Any financial help would go far to continue rehabilitation, help cover daily expenses, and eliminate some stress, allowing her to focus on recovery.
