In memory of Kayleigh, family and friends of all ages and from all paths of life will be joining together to take part in the VHI Women's Mini Marathon this June Bank Holiday Monday.
In reality, advanced research is the only thing that could have saved Kayleigh's life, so we're passionate about helping other patients in similar cases to survive their AVM.
We will be fundraising for an American charity called "The Aneurysm and AVM Foundation" who are involved in promoting and funding vital and universal research, beneficial to all cases all over the world.
Through their website, they provide support, including information, resources and motivation, for people with aneurysm and other types of vascular malformation of the brain, their families, caregivers and friends.
They promote education and awareness in the community regarding aneurysm and other types of vascular malformation of the brain.
