Run for the VC Gallery

I am married to Barry John the founder of The VC Gallery based in Haverfordwest and Pembroke Dock in Pembrokeshire.
4 years ago after leaving the army Barry was passionate about helping veterans suffering from mental health issues and wanted safe  space  for people to meet and through art help them on the road to recovery.
The gallery has evolved and helps every section of society from the young to elderly,disabled,ex serving soldiers and those still in the forces who need help,support and advice.
The VC Gallery is a safe hub for everyone! But I see behind the scenes of the constant hard work of emailing,hours on end of trying to raise funds and also out of hours of work which takes place.
By doing this run I am in my own small way trying to do something practical,raise awareness of the Gallery and also raise a little money.
Everyone knows someone who is or has suffered from a mental health issue.
The VC Gallery has saved people's lives.
