We are a stoner/sludge 'n roll band from Pretoria, South Africa, and we've just been booked for our first European festival.
To say that this is a dream come true for a small, mostly unknown band is an understatement! We've been working towards this for most of our lives, so it's mind boggling that it's finally happening for us!
For an independent band, this is a very expensive excursion. We need to pay for plane tickets, a road crew, accomodation, trains, busses and other transport, and food for every day on tour. We would also like to get merchandise printed to take on tour with us.
At the moment all of these expenses are to be paid out of our own pockets (which aren't very deep) since we lack a label or sponsors, so the sooner we can get assistance the better!
Your support will mean the world to us. This has been our dream since we were still just kids. Our country has few opportunities for artists and musicians, and we never thought we'd make it to another country for a tour nor that we'd get booked for a festival featuring many of our heroes. The thought is humbling and frightening and exciting all at once.
