Well, I am a cook / chef - whatever you want to call it. I was born to make food, talk about food, cook food and serve food to your table...and now all I want to create is a place where you can sit and eat my food!

:::What Does TV Say?

'I worked with Damian on the BBC 2 programme, Mary Berry's Easter Feast where he made Polish babka for Mary in a studio shoot. The whole team found working with Damian such a pleasure. He is so passionate and dedicated to cooking beautiful and delicious food to perfection, we were lucky to have found him and to have him feature on the programme.  

I am excited that Damian will have his own restaurant to showcase his talents and I believe in him to achieve this goal and make a great success out of it!

Recently, I baked my Babka cake with Mary Berry on BBC. Now, I am also one of six people taking part in a BBC Documentary about BREXIT. 

You can see me here with my amazing chefs (and my son Noel) running a pop up event at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen in London earlier this summer.


::: Who made me?

I grew up on a farm, where we raised our own livestock. If this is not enough, both of my parents are cooks and chefs too ... even my grandfather was a butcher.  My whole life has been spent in the kitchen, in restaurants, learning about ingredients and cooking. 

That's correct, two chefs created me!

::: I Am Raising Money For...

Being pretty active in the British food industry for nearly 12 years now, I have made some really good contacts, met some lovely people and some very experienced specialists ... a few days ago, one of them called me and asked if I'd finally made a decision to start cooking in my own kitchen?  Well, YES! Opening my own restaurant has been a dream i've held inside me for a good few years but now, finally, I really feel it is the right moment! 

:::What Type of Food Will I Serve?

I'll serve up my own modern take on Polish cuisine. Why?  Because Polish food is the last undiscovered frontier, rife with hidden gems that are all about the flavour, not the fuss.

Why: There is a vibrant community of Polish expats who love to come together and create a unique, warm and low-key occasion. No superfical nonsense. Just delicious, fresh and wholesome food, shared with friends and family.

I have already started the first ever Polish culinary tour across Great Britain. I will take over British restaurants and serve traditional Polish feasts using only British ingredients! Together with my team, I will travel to :

Birmingham, Peterborough, Shrewsbury, Usk (Wales), Cambridge, London and Skegness.

The final feast will take place at my restaurant!

My Polish cooking has developed over the years with my work in France, Germany, Scandinavia and the UK. I will use a number of different techniques that i have picked up along the way, and  serve food in a modern way, but I will aim to keep the traditional taste which I still remember from cooking with my grandma and my parents at the heart of every dish.

After showcasing my Babka for Bake Off judge, Mary Berry on BBC2, yeast is in my blood, raised and proofed nationally! 



I am raising this money to help purchase my first restaurant. 

My plan is to create a place where everyone is welcome and feels comfortable. There's no gimmicks, no hustle. Just food which represents my soul! Food which I know. Food which is in my heart and is now shouting to go out to your plates! 


I am talking with few sites, with discussions going in to right direction. I need your help as soon as possible.

::: Where?

There is an amazing location in Hertfordhire in a building with a rich history, nestled in a village that has become known as THE destination for food lovers and wine connaisseurs. Its close to my home and I know most of the local farmers, suppliers and brewers.

It means everything to me. I am here and I am ready! I've never been this ready. The time is now.
