Rooting for Leroy

Hi Friends and Family, 

I have created this account as many of you have been reaching out to me to see what can be done to help. On Saturday May 5th, Leroy had a tragic accident at our house.  He is currently stable and under sedation to get him through a series of surgeries.

We all know that Leroy's closest friends are doing all they can to keep everyone updated and hold themselves together but this is a very sensitive and difficult time. It is very important to give Jenny and friends the time they need to deal with this and know that they will respond to everyone when they are ready. Especially Jenny, Nick and Dave. Our hearts reach out to you while you spend every waking and sleeping moment in the hospital. We are all here to provide love, support, prayers, well wishes and everything in between.  Leroy- we are all fighting for you and know that you are as well. If anyone can get through this it is you and your happy spirit. So many people are here rooting you on and would do anything to hear some positive news. 

In respect for not over sharing I would like to give a brief update that I have been informed he has made it through the first surgery and the second is to come tomorrow. It is going to be a very difficult week and he will be sedated for much of the next three weeks. They are requesting no visitors come to the hospital as they will not be allowed in and the people that are there to support him could use a little time alone. 

Please note that this page was created for Leroy and was in no way requested to be done by him or the roomates. I simply feel that it is one thing we are able to do to help as so many of you have expressed you would like to do. He is going to have a long road of recovery ahead of him when he wakes up and we want to make sure we were able to help even if in a small way. All the money collected will be sent directly to Leroy when the time comes and he is ready.
