Roof Repair Boone County Heritage Musuem

UPDATE 6/4/19: We are so pleased and thankful to all of you who donated and shared this drive. We now have enough money donated and pledged to pay for the new roof! We could not be more pleased with the support and particapation of our community. Thank you.

UPDATE 4/18/19: GREAT NEWS!! We have a $10,000 matching pledge!! 

We are reaching out today to make you aware of a problem we are facing in hopes that you may be able to offer assistance. Although we have made many much needed repairs and consistent up keep to our museum building, we recently discovered the flat part of our roof is badly damaged. This has led to some structural damage in the attic and needs to be repaired immediately.

We have local companies willing to do the work at a cost of about $20,000. These repairs should take us well into the future. We ask that you please consider a donation of any size to help with this hurdle so that we may continue to preserve and protect Boone County’s past.
