Little Rohan’s Funeral

(Updated oct 6) We are no longer asking for donations, but please feel free to read and share our story. On January 29th, we found out that a miracle had come true. After a doctor told us we could never get pregnant, we had proved him wrong. The months went by so quickly and happily, with every doctor’s visit showing perfect numbers. As the time came closer for our little one to come, we prepared his arrival. We were ready, but not for what was to come. On Sept. 25th her water broke and everything was great, but when his heart rate dropped during labor they had taken her in for an emergency c-section. This is when our world came crashing down. He was not breathing on his own and was rushed to the NICU where 8 people had been attending him and only him. He was on support for hours but showed no signs of progress. With his blood pressure not going up, and the bleeding and damage in his brain, we had to make the hardest decision of a life time. But we could not allow him to suffer. After giving him 10 minutes to live off of support, we took and held him so he could pass with his mommy and daddy, and all of his family by his side! 25 is a big number to us, and he must have known that because he fought to stay with us, for 25 hours! He hadn’t moved until he was ready to go, and never cried once. He was our little fighter, and now he is at peace. We are starting this go fund me as we want to give him a proper funeral in a very special place. All donations will go towards the funeral and medical expenses ONLY.
