Rogers Elementary Special Olympics
This physical education program will lead to a school wide Special Olympic Unified Grand Extravaganza that will be held on Tuesday, May 30th 2017 from 8:45am-1:30pm at Greg Rogers Elementary. Two other schools will be joining us as students of all grades, skill levels, and abilities work together to experience new strengths and show off their skills!
During this event we would also like to show students how easy and important it is to make healthy food choices. In order to make this possible we are asking for your help! A large portion of the money raised here will be used to purchase water, granola bars, fresh fruit, and other healthy food items to feed and hydrate all attendants and athletes at the event on May 30th. We are expecting a total of about 800 people on the day of the event. The remaining money raised will be used for set up costs and to purchase awards for our young, amazing athletes!

I just want to thank everyone for donating. It's such an amazing a event.... not only to donate to but watch kids being happy, joyful kids. So if you have sometime come out and watch and cheer on our kids on May 30. Our opening ceremony which is produced by our Rogers Vapa team (Mr. Gray, mrs. westfall, and mrs. tabor).
