My name is Maura McConnell and I’m trying to help raise some money to help Roger Wade - Midnight Moon Band. Most of us who like to dance know Roger and Jeanne Danowski Midnight Moon’s Band.
Roger was scheduled to do a Marty Robbins Show here at Royal Oaks in Sun City on May 3rd and the show had to be canceled because he wound up in the hospital with a heart attack. They determined that he had a blood clot behind his heart that had to be dissolved so they could put in a stint. As if 4:00 p.m. today - May 4th he has gone through the surgery and had three stints put in. He will remain in the hospital over the weekend.
Roger had open heart surgery a few years ago and since music is their livelihood they were still trying to catch up from the loss of income (for the months they could not work) and high medical bills at that time. This is a terrible setback for them so I came up with the idea to set up this Go Fund Me Account to help them in their time of dire need. I hope you will be able to help them through this difficult time. Team effort is a wonderful thing so please pass this information along to all your friends. All help is greatly appreciated.
