We are a group of young musicians from the Boston area comprising twelve different rock bands. We recognize how fortunate we are to be able to have the time, the energy, the health, and the ability to create and play music and bring joy to our family and friends and fans.
We want more than this. We want to bring joy, and hope, and love, and assistance to those who need it most; to those among us who suffer from diseases both mental and physical, who cannot fight their battles alone, who need the help of medicines, professional caregivers, and counselors.
We are raising money to produce an album, entitled "Rock On For Hope", that will be sold online and at our shows during 2017. We are donating our recordings to the album, and we are seeking only to raise enough money to pay for the physical creation of the recordings and the supporting materials - CDs, vinyl, posters and t-shirts - that will be sold to the general public.
100% of the money received when we sell the album and materials will go equally to the following causes (on a quarterly basis):
1. American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
2. TLC Foundation
3. Boston Children's Hospital
We would be so grateful if you would find it in your heart to help us help those in less fortunate circumstances. Help us create this album so that we can sell it throughout 2017 and deliver this money to these worthy charity organizations.
We are asking that, during the month of JANUARY 2017, you donate to help make this album a reality. In exchange for your generosity in jumpstarting this album, we have the following offers for you to consider:
