In an effort to expose the Rock Dance and Locking scenes Lil b and Whacko have decided to join forces and put together Rock & Lock; the premiere dance event aiming to revitalize our dance community, and we need your help to throw it. In the SF Bay Area, this is one of 3 jams that have a Locking competition in 2017 and the first for Rocking.
As one of the few individuals pushing both Rocking Dance and Locking Culture left in the United States, we want to help preserve this culture and expression. Our goal is to throw our first of many events to celebrate the Bay Area community!
Funds made from this Go Fundme will go towards:
- Venue Rental
- DJs
- Special Guest Judges
- Prize Money
- Documentation
- Food Vendor
- Startup costs for future Rock n Lock events
