ROBERT CHA KONG'S FAREWELL

Donation protected
Our father who lived 69 years of life was a hard working man, kind, funny, professional in all aspects of life, loving, and caring, a Husband, a Father to his 11 children, a Brother, a Cousin, a true fighter, and a true best friend. He has left us to a better place on January 30, 2018. He had a stroke at the beginning of January 2017 then was diagnosed with Valley fever in February. He was being treated, medicated, and taken to rehab therapy in Lompoc, Ca to where he can learn to walk again. March- April 2017 he was diagnosed with Meningitis in his brain and spine. He was admitted to Santa Barbara Cottage to be treated by the best Doctor there. He had had the best treatment there to cure his disease. He spent a couple months of 2017 in a coma at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. With hopes in August, he was brought home to care for by his loving Wife Doua, his 3 sons, and his 2 daughter in laws for the next 4 months. Unfortunately, he had pneumonia and was then admitted to Santa Maria Marion Hospital. The doctors had him on breathing tubes and the family was given only two choices. We let him live so we can still see him. Our father had gone through many phases during his hard time of suffering and he tried very hard to fight. Unfortunately, his heart stopped on January 30 2018 and he has passed on.

At this time our family near and far is deeply going through a tough time. Our goal as a family is to reach up to $8,000. We ask that any donation and support is greatly appreciated in advance. All donations will be going directly towards his burial expenses. All donations recieved will be given to his wife Doua .
