ROAD TO IVF

Some of you may have followed a bit of our journey on YouTube, and know that Steve and I have been trying to conceive with the help a Reproductive Endocrinologist (fertility specialist). After being married for 6 years and not being able to conceive naturally we sought help. We were told at the time we’d be allowed 3 IUI (intrauterine inseminations), where they’d take Steve’s sperm and inject it directly into my uterus, before having to move on to a more invasive procedure. Needless to say, we’ve failed 3 cycles. Each month I’d be medicated to increase follicle stimulation and given a shot with the pregnancy hormone hCG  to induce ovulation. After each procedure I was sent home to wait an agonizing two weeks before taking a pregnancy test and finding out it was negative. Our last failed cycle was 10/10/19. 
We’ve prayed and hoped it wouldn’t come to this point, but for a reason unknown to us it has. We are now venturing down several avenues to afford IVF as it is EXPENSIVE! One cycle could cost around $20,000. To be quite frank, we don’t have that amount of money lying around. In an effort to save more monies we’ve begun working more hours. I’m currently working (4) 12hr shift/ week and we are saving every penny we can but we still need your help. Asking others for financial assistance is never easy but sometimes you have to swallow your pride and go for it.
We’re asking that you contribute what you can to help us become parents. Those who are willing will get us one step closer to holding our dream baby. We can’t wait to share with him/her the village that helped bring them life and share millions of pictures with you guys!
