The journey to Law School has been exciting and arduous, but every moment has me closer to my dreams! This summer I have a great opportunity, to participate in the Pipeline Law Initiative: Native American Law School Admission Workshops at the University of California, Berkley on June 25th to June 30th. With this great experience, I am going to need your help in paying for my travel to and from Albuquerque, along with lodging for the days I am in Berkley. My goal is $830.00.

This experience will introduce me to the law school process, LSAT, application, scholarships, mentoring, writing our personal statement and networking with other University law schools and Indigenous attorneys.
Returning back to school, has shown me how hard work can pay off. I had no idea how this path would reward me greatly. My current GPA is 3.9. I have been on the dean's list every semester since returning to the University of New Mexico. Currently, applying for a Graduate Certificate in Race and Social Justice and a past fellow with the Research Institute for Scholars of Equity. I have worked for the UNM Service Corp and volunteered to help the Martinez v. NMPED case, which expanded my knowledge on the legislative process. At the same time, still advocating for Native families and their child with a disability. Many of you know my passion and I could not do this without you.
