Torin Lee Reddick passed away November 23, 2018.  Torin was a bright light; he lived here on the Earth as long as he could, 2 1/2 years, bringing joy to everyone he met.  He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and a beautiful soul.

His family is having a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday December 8th at 2:00 at The Starhouse in Boulder, Colorado.

On Saturday December 8th, the family held a Celebration of Life Ceremony for Torin in Boulder, Colorado at the beautiful Starhouse in the mountains. The room was full of love and support. Sara and Jeremiah spoke, there was poetry, drumming and songs and a real sense of presence. It was beautiful.
Torin is remembered as the boy who smiled freely, loved his people, and lived a joyful life despite his physical challenges. It was Torin's way, and it can be an inspiration to us all.
Bless all of you for your support and comfort. Sara, Jeremiah and Tessa will settle back into their life in Portland after the holidays.

My heart is happy to see the donations coming in for this beautiful family. I love reading the sweet memories of Torin. Sara and Jeremiah are reading the comments some at a time, and they are very touched by everyone's love and generosity.
November is actually PH (Pulmonary Hypertension) Awareness Month. It's a one in a million rare disease with no cure. There are only a handful of PH specialists in the country. It's often undiagnosed, and then when it is diagnosed the disease may be progressed too far for treatment to make much of a difference. If caught early, medication can be effective in extending the lifespan. Torin started medication for PH only a few months ago.
Hopefully PH will get the funding for research, education and awareness needed so that more people affected can have more hope.
