Help me afford Rizzo's vet bill!

Rizzo is my year and a half old kitten who recently began having trouble using the litter box. The initial trip to the vet said it was likely crystals and 10 days of medication seemed to have helped him.
But then, he was straining to pee again and started yowling and hiding, and I took him to the vet, but the vet is expensive and I'm barely making ends meet.
His bladder was full and his kidneys were starting to be blocked up and he was in a lot of pain. The doc said that if I had waited another day, he would have died. :(
He got a catheter put in to clear him out and tests done to try to see what the cause is, but the total for everything wasupwards of $2,000, which was impossible for me to cover.
Then, I found out that Riz took a turn for the worse and will need to have surgery, which will cost another couple grand, and I am out of people to borrow from and if I can't afford the surgery, I will have to put him down.
Anything will help. Literally anything--I am desperate.
Not only will you help make Riz more comfortable and get back to good health, but both Riz's brother Felix and I will have a load taken off knowing Rizzy is finally well again!
Please, please help.
