RIVA Karma: Government Shutdown Relief

Out of nearly 60 contracts in our portfolio, we have 8 contracts impacted wherein we have either a partial reduction in staff or a complete work stoppage. This is impacting approximately 10% of our employee base, which is 50 individuals and their families.
Affected employees have now exhausted PTO balances and are taking extended leave without pay (LWOP). Leadership has taken salary reductions. Many employees have donated leave. And many others are seeking additional ways to contribute.
No donation is too small, every little bit will provide much needed relief to your peers/our employees in need. All funds collected will be distributed to the affected RIVA employees.
