I am honored to announce that I have recently been given the once lifetime opportunity to be apart of the
Creative Minds Filmmaking Program at the International Cannes Film Festival May 9th -23th, 2016 in Cannes, France.
Creative Minds in Cannes is a filmmaker program that provides an opportunity for filmmakers to showcase their work and allow them to connect with companies that can launch their careers at the Cannes Film Festival. The program consists of workshops, film screenings, red carpet parties and exclusive networking opportunities with highly respectable film industry professionals.
Where I Need Your Help
The program I'll be attending charges a $3,339.00 fee which covers the following:
• TOUR OF CANNES
• 15 NIGHTS OF SHARED ACCOMMODATIONS
• BREAKFAST & LUNCH
• INTERNATIONAL CELL PHONE
• INTERNET ACCESS
• ROUND-TRIP SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN AIRPORT & HOTEL
• INVITATION TO SHORT FILM COMPETITION SHOWCASE
• INVITATION TO SHORT FILM SHOWCASE RECEPTION
• “OFFICIAL” CMIC PROGRAM WRAP PARTY
• CREATIVE MINDS STAFF ON CALL FOR CONSULTATION & TROUBLESHOOTING
• CREATIVE MINDS IN CANNES PROGRAM T-SHIRT • ASSISTANCE WITH POST FESTIVAL JOB OPPORTUNITIES
The program does not include airfare.
My goal is to fund raise enough money to cover the cost of the program, a round trip international plane ticket, Business cards and demo materials (networking purposes)
The biggest challenge is that I have to raise enough revenue by March 7.
I know that this is around the corner but with God and support I know that I can acheive my goal.
