Establish Rise Up Yoga!

Hi! I'm Sara. For a while now I've been wondering what I can do to DO more in my community and the world. I realized it was all within me already, but I need some support. 

By the 2017/2018 school year I want to be able to bring kids yoga to low-income schools in the Denver area. 

Kids who practice yoga have higher self-esteem, better coping tools, better focus, the ability to calm themselves and discover personal empowerment. Plus so much more. 

I need help getting this funded so I can do the hard work. I'm a certified kids yoga teacher with nearly 100 classes under my belt. I'm a 200-RYT also. 

My goal, my purpose is to bring yoga as a healing and uniting force to my community. Please chip in anything you can. 

So what is the money for? It's to get supplies, and time to get in the schools and make this happen. 100% of what you donate goes to making yoga a reality for underserved children.
