Help RISE Society, Inc. Build a Woman’s Pipeline to Success
At RISE Society, the nonprofit arm of RISE Collaborative Workspace, we believe that women and girls can, and should, achieve their greatest potential. In a world filled with complicated paths, intermittent hurdles, and messaging of what can't be done, RISE Society helps women of all ages increase their social capital and tap into a powerful pipeline for success. Through our mentoring program, early career programs, and networking events, we support women and girls to "dream big" and find their own personal path to RISE to success.
With donations from generous friends like you, we provide scholarships, ongoing support, training, and educational resources for our flagship programs for these aspiring young women and teens:
RISING Leaders Mentor Program: A mentor program that pairs successful women from the business community with high school girls. In this program, female mentors share their advice and experiences, help mentees work on their education and career goals, and flourish in an environment of mutual learning and growth.
On the RISE Leadership Institute: This 10-month program is designed for women in the first six years of their chosen field who want to discover and develop their leadership potential and gain a competitive edge in the workplace.

A Little Goes a Long Way.
$25 supports one mentoring session for a RISING Leader teen girl
$50 provides a one-month scholarship for a young woman in the On the RISE Leadership Institute
$100 supports the scholarship fund to provide all women the opportunity to enhance their careers
$250 fully funds a 9-month RISING Leader Mentor Program for a teen girl
$1,000 sponsors one RISING Leader participant for one year
