RIP Josefina, Cremation Cost Help

It is with deepest sadness, Josefina (Ruiz)Montejano gained her angel wings on Sunday, January,29th when GOD called her home, She is now our loving angel. Her suffering is now over. She is resting in heavenly peace. 

As all of the couple's funds were used for Josefina's medical care prior to this her husband is in need of  help with the $1,500. of cremation. Which I was just made aware was Josefina's final request. As she wished to have no viewing or burial but to simply be cremated and be brought home with her husband.

We appologize for the higher amount which was displayed on this page earlier today, although Luis gave us his approval to start the page to raise the funds he was still destraught at losing his wife at the time and was unable to share her request with us so we had immediately set the amount at what it would cost for a wake and burial. Luis has since gotten in touch with me and let me know what the arrangements would be and I adjusted the amount to cover her cremation and no more than that cost is being asked for. 

Her children are having a seperate memorial mass to for their mother on Friday, February 3rd at 8 pm located at St. Pancratius Church 4025 S. Sacrament Ave. Chicago IL.  It is just a mass in her honor and there will be no viewing per her request.  All are welcomed to come and her family thank you all for your support.

Some of you had the great honor of knowing Josefina personally,  Others fell in love with Josefina through as you learned of her wish to marry Luis only a few month's ago. All of you had the honor to see her beauty, her strength if you did you know  her personally you got to see her kind loving soul. She was accepting of everyone, judged no one and always made those she met feel welcome and loved. She was always full of life, dancing, singing living life like there was no tomorrow never knowing that one day, cancer would steal her tomorrows away from her and her family.  Even through her cancer battle, she never stopped smiling , living, loving and making the best of every moment that she had to share. Leaving memories to live on through her family and friends forever.  She asked that you remember her vibrant full of love laughter and life always. Josefina was a true angel and now she has spread her wings to fly. She will continue to live on thru her family and those that loved her for eternity.
