Rigger needing your help

My name is Jeremy Souders and on May 1st 2018 I was crushed by 42000 lbs. I am disabled for the next year and out of work. I have 0 income. I was served with an eviction today because I cannot afford the 1800 a month rent they raised on me shortly after my accident. I have never reached out for help before but I have 6 days to find a home for my wife and 3 daughter's. I have worked all over and like to think I have been a good brother of the hook. It's gonna take 3000 dollars to get into a new home. I feel shameful and embarrassed to have to ask for help but my family is my life. If anyone out there can help my number is 2252909930. They tested my blood after I was injected by meds by the doctors and surgeons    by time everything went through they said I had to obtain the records.  I didn't in time and they turned me down  gross negligence and I am suing.
