Ride Across England

In November 2017 Gordon Tompsett, our friend and Father was diagnosed with a GBM4 brain tumour which is considered a terminal form of cancer. Whilst the NHS are trying to get other therapies approved, brain surgery, chemotherapy and Radiotherapy remains the only options to Gordon at this time. Whilst it is recognised that immunotherapy has certain benefits, it is not generally available via the NHS and Gordon  is travelling to India to receive this treatment. Money raised will go towards cost of treatment and travel expenses.

From 5th-7th April 2019, a group of Gordon's friends and family will be cycling 207 miles from Hornsea to Frodsham finishing with a loop across Merseyside to raise funds for his treatment. 

The 207 miles will be split as follows: 
5th April: Hornsea to Rotherham
6th April: Rotherham to Frodsham
7th April: Start at Frodsham, cycle to Runcorn, Everton, Crosby and back to Frodsham.
