Richard Odunze-Dim's Funeral

On Tuesday 18th December , Richard Odunze-Dim was tragically killed and called to heaven. He had a pure heart , always seeing the good in people, the class clown in school with the intent to always make people smile and laugh around him. Richard was born at 26 weeks and from day one he was a fighter. He lived to be 20 years old before he was so maliciously taken away from us. The media has a way of twisting and turning stories which angers all of us, his family and friends the people who truly knew him, in this generation we are in they just see our friend our brother as just another black boy shot dead and that's okay because for them this is their job , their paycheck to feed themselves, their families and kids its just another story to them. Richard's family will never have the privilege of speaking to Richard again and seeing their angels beautiful smile because that's what Richard was , a young black boy defying the stereotypes , finishing university and living a life that any parent would have been proud of , he left behind a devastated family , friends and girlfriend. Christmas was Richard's favourite time of year he loved Christmas even more than his own birthday , he loved the tree , the family time , the presents and of course the food. With the support of Richards Family this go fund me page is the only Official page dedicated to Richard. We should have all been planning Christmas but unfortunately we have to think about the funeral. We are hoping to raise as much money as possible to give Richard an incredible funeral and give the family as much support as we can , any amount will be very appreciated and every single penny of the money raised is going towards the funeral and family. Richard didn't deserve this cruel fate but our angel did not leave this earth in vain , his legacy still lives on through his amazing family, loving girlfriend and Friends.  We will always love you Richard.
