Rice For Haiti 2016

NEEDED ASAP!!! We leave on Friday, October 28.

We had not planned to raise funds for Rice for Haiti this year since we were collecting other needed items. But, the recent devastation by Hurricane Matthew has chagned that. The area we work with escaped with minimal impact. Neigboring areas were not as lucky. These areas are contating Miss Phyllis in Saintard and asking for rice to feed them. She is giving as much as possible from her reserves, but has a limited amount. Will you help with this desperate need?

A gift of $25.00 will purchase a 55lb bag of rice. This rice will likely be all that some will have to eat. Will you help spread the word and will YOU donate?

We will take the money to Haiti on Friday, October 28, and give to Miss Newby (missionary in Saintard) to purchase the rice.
