Reunite Abandoned Avery with Father

My name is Alan Eoff - a loving single parent. I have not seen my daughter, Avery, since August 30th, 2016.   She lived with me for 11 months in Grapevine Texas then I visited her 33 times in the 3 months she spent in Dallas until her mother moved again 8 hours away to Cameron and then Hidalgo county without notifying me.  I have made multiple attempts to go visit my beautiful and precious daughter… but those attempts were (legally) denied.  I’ve spent the last 5 months in court in Tarrant County and was just told to start my case all over in Hidalgo County, but unfortunately, I have exhausted all my available resources and am not able to obtain funding through other methods. 

On February 11th, the mother and her date left my daughter locked in a car and strapped into her seat a far-off distance from the Tipsy Tavern Bar in Harlingen, TX.  A special “good Samaritan,” Ernie Gehr, by a miraculous series of events (including his friend’s car door being dinged a few hours earlier) heard her crying inside the car at the far end of the parking lot… he rescued her after pulling the window back and made sure the police were notified. I am asking for your help to reunite me with my daughter to bring her back to my safe, stable, and loving home where she will be cared for.  Please help me raise $4,000 to retain an attorney who will help me ensure that she will never be abandoned or a victim of neglect ever again.  Money will go to help me with the legal fees to reclaim custody of my daughter and bring her to an environment she can thrive in.  If any money is leftover, it will go to a college account for her.
