Exerpts from my first introduction letter sent:
"In May my father past away. Months later, In July, I was notified of this. Along with notice, I was given insight to the possibility that a will may have been compromised. This came from a friend of my fathers. Nothing from the trustee. I have since contacted the trustee and now hold a copy of the trust. I ( only child ) have been omitted from this trust. "...
..."Ex partners, former loves, acquaintance approved authority, morphine [opiate naïveté ], end of life rapidity, end of life stress, complete omission of family. This thing smells fishy."
And it is. Big fishy
End of life caretaker confirms these reports. All was done to keep me, heir at law, away from that space and time. No hellos. No goodbyes.
Obstruction is a beginning.
Undue influence and incapacity are both present and offer sufficient grounds to contest.
Do wish to contest. legally.
The case is strong. The challenge real. With support it will be done.
