Resilience Fitness is hosting its monthly charity workout on the last Friday of each month all throughout 2018! Each month, Resilience will be highlighting a different charity that holds sincere significance from people in its community! Every month, we will focus on a different charity.

The workout will be free for all to attend; participants are encouraged to donate what they can.

All the proceeds will be donated to the charity of the month!

Come get involved and give to a great cause—the atmosphere will be high energy and tons of fun!

We would like people to leave with an amazing workout, complimentary swag and a higher understanding of the various non-profits doing great work within their communities and the Greater Toronto Area.

Time:
6:30pm doors open, 7:00pm start—Each workout is 1 hour
