Resettlement From Puerto Rico

My dad lives in Puerto Rico. Some damage (minimal in the grand scheme of things) happened to his house and we're applying for FEMA assistance but not sure when that'll come through. But more importantly -- I want to help him get on his feet a bit as he plans to move to the states and in with some family. 

We need some funds to buy four round trip plane tickets  (Dad, step mom, and step grandparents) and just give them some cash for cushion to resettle in states. They're all retired and I'm not in a financial position to give them much. Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated.
