Replace tools taken from Comm Cntr
Donation protected
Cyril Coppin, HARD-WORKING volunteer of 30 years has been left counting the cost after his toolbox containing hundreds of pounds of equipment was taken from a community centre.
St John’s and Highwoods Community Centre run an “honour” sale, where items are left and visitors are free to take them - provided they leave a donation in a collection box.
But Cyril, a long-time volunteer at the centre, is appealing for information after someone walked into the centre and left with his toolbox.
It contained over hundreds of pounds worth of tools and would take £300 to replace - please give generously - Cryril has said if he was able to replace his tools then any extra would be donated to charity.
