Replace Mr.Kitty's Stolen Gear
August 24th 2018, Mr.Kitty played @ Elysium in Austin, TX.
It was an amazing show and I had lots of fun! Unfortunately, when I got home and unpacked my car, I noticed that my gig bag containing all of the music gear that I played the show with was not there. Also, the coin compartment for my center console and a bag of merch my friend bought was also nowhere to be seen. Our car had been broken into! I have exhausted all of my options on trying to locate it. I've filed a police report, reviewed security camera footage, checked the venue, and called local pawn shops around Austin with no luck. I am also checking eBay, Craigslist and many other platforms online daily to see if they turn up.
Music is my main source of income and without my equipment, I am unable to perform. In the meantime, I will be reverting to an older equipment setup for upcoming shows until I get everything replaced. My heart is crushed that someone would take something that doesn't belong to them without thinking about how it affects the person they're stealing from. I don't really know what else to do, so this is my only other option.
