Repatriation of Helen Douglas Bakal
Donation protected
It is with our deepest sorrow that we confirm and inform you of the passing on of our beloved sister/auntie/ chemwali/ inlaw and friend Helen Bakali Douglas at 22:05 Saturday 11/03/2017. As few of you know, she has been suffering and battling to get better privately at Cork University Hospital. Helen was a modest, full of smiles. We have lived with her in life, let us not forget her after death.Consequently Helen was a hardworker unfortunately for the past year she has been sick and no money was coming in, and due to the extreme nature of her death no insurance policy was in place for repatriation in the event of her death.
We, her close family, friends and colleagues, want to take our sister home in Malawi so that we can give her a proper send off, pay our respects and say goodbye. We need your help to do that, so if you are able to, please make a donation and help us achieve our goal for a decent burial.
The amount needed to complete the whole process its €6500.
Thank you
