Rent

Hello All,

My name is Paul and I am new to this platform so here goes. In late July of this year I lost my job due to the fact that the company that I worked for decided to file bankruptcy. Since then, I have struggled to find work. 

I have 4 children and no work has been very stressful. We have had to endure utilities being disconnected and not qualifying for any assistance or not enough assistance to make a diffence, the registration on my vehicle is set to expire and i have no income at the moment to renew and I am in danger of having my insurance cancelled. I have had family members help us where they could which is why I have power at the moment in order to create this campaign.

My landlord has been most understanding during this difficult time and I am sure besides him just overall being a great guy; the fact that we have been good tenants i am sure has helped us out. :-) But now, we are in fear of being evicted. I understand that we cannot live in our home in this state indefinitely, however; I am reaching out for any asisstance that I can get.

I have been on several interviews and I am currently on the radar of several decent companies. It is the waiting that is killing us. I am afraid to go the mailbox only to retrieve another cut-off notice or answer the phone to try to explain why I havent paid my bills for the past 2 months. I know that something will come through and my landlord will continue to work with us as long as I can send him something.

Our immediate need is simply to pay our rent up as much as we can and our electric and water enough to be able to breathe easy until references from recent interviews are checked and an offer is made from one of the several companies who are interested in me coming to work for them.
