HELP BATTLE CANCER WITH DJ DB

My name is Daniel. I'm a DJ from Michigan who was born with CMT. This muscular degenerative disorder means that I have limited use of my hands and legs. I've been a DJ for over fifteen years. Entertaining people is my passion.
In September 2015, I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. I had to undergo 6 months of chemotherapy. My weakened nervous system was unable to handle the chemo, and I'm now confined to a wheel chair.
September 2016, I was upgraded to stage 4. I will be going through many more months of chemotherapy.
I've put dj-ing on hold. I really need support with eating healthy, and transportation. I'm trying to add natural remedies to the chemotherapy, to increase my chances of survival. This can be very expensive. Any little you can give will help.
I've been keeping a positive attitude. With help, and prayer, from friends and family, I can beat this.
