Remembering Teresa and Roberto Leon

Teresa and Roberto Leon were amazing people who had their lives tragically cut short when they were changing their tire on a Dallas Highway and another car struck them both. Ms Teresa, as she was lovingly known, was a baby room coordinator in a local pre school. While Beto was a generous and giving man, who was a restauranteur. They leave behind their two precious daughters: Jazira and Mariah, ages 10 and 9. Please consider contributing to the fund to remember and honor Teresa and Roberto. The funds received will help the family pay for funeral and memorial services and any additional funds raised will go to the girls’ future care.

At the request of Gofundme, my name is Elizabeth Chavez and I have had the honor of being a part of the Leon’s lives for over 15 years. Teresa was my right hand at the school, she was my voice of reason in creative planning, she was the second mother to my 3 boys, and she was my friend and my family. Roberto was always the quiet force behind his wife and girls, and would love that our kids would/do fiercely protect each other.

The generous donations raised by this website are going to help the Cabrera and Leon families with the funeral expenses and the additional expenses due to this tragedy. The money raised is going to manage by Christina Cabrera with the input of the Cabrera/Leon families. This page and fund was set up to honor my friends/family and to assist in alleviating the financial burden to the Cabrera/Leon family as they face laying to rest Teresa and Roberto.
