Remembering Angela (Senior Center)

Angela Ruskowski passed away on May 14, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Edward I (Captain) Ruskowski. Loving mother of Ann Marie, Eddie (Linda), Tommy (Susan) and Teresa (Jerry). Also, survived by 11 grandchildren and her sister Rose (Frank). Angela was an outgoing and fun loving person. She could often be caught reading, eating or dancing! In lieu of flowers, please consider giving a donation to go fund me .
Her move from New York to California after living there for 78 years was not easy. The wonderful people at the Gloria McClellan Senior Center made her days brighter and filled them with companionship . She lived near family, but liked her independence. This center really made her last 4 years memorable. All of us kids wanted to fund a special program for the seniors. This page makes it easy, but you can also mail a check directly to the Gloria McClellan Senior Center and just put in memory of Angela Ruskowski, whatever works best for you and your family. The day she passed, she was on her way to the center when she a heart attack. They took amazing care of her, just like they always did. We had the privilege of visiting the center to pick up her belongings and told them of our wishes. They will be allowing us to specify what the money be used for. We are thinking a music/dancing event because our Mom would have been right there on the dance floor. We loved our mother and her zest for life. Thank you for being a part of her and/or our lives.
