Hurricane Relief Domes

$2,228 of $20,000 goal

Raised by 21 people in 15 months

Join forces with Pacific DomesThe Grassroots Alliance and the Global Rainbow Rapid Response Relief network to send disaster relief shelter domes as well as food, water and basic provisions to the victims of hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Pacific Domes is donating dome shelters, but your support is needed to get them to the hurricane-affected area and set them up. Donations also help provide up to 6,000 high quality meals, as well as water, food, medical supplies and other basic services.

We will be in Immokalee, Florida, an area that has been heavily impacted by the storm and is a majority migrant community that is often overlooked by state and federal support. Tragically FEMA support cannot go toward undocumented people.

My name is Asha Deliverance of Ashland, Oregon. I have been the owner of Pacific Domes, Inc. for 37 years and I have provided domes for those in need of shelter during major catastrophes and world events as documented on many news channels. These relief domes are already manufactured and being provided to hurricane victims by The Global Rainbow Rapid Response Relief network, The Grassroots Alliance and a dedicated group of burners and rainbow family, who are also providing food, water and basic services to disadvantaged communities most heavily impacted by the storms. Your donation covering the cost of transport and installation crews setting up base camps of shelters in the affected areas.

Engineered to withstand nature's extremes, geodesic domes stand strong in hurricane force winds and have been successfully deployed in numerous disaster relief scenarios as both medical tents and shelters.

"We are grateful that we can shelter the world in a time of immediate need," says Asha Deliverance, owner of dome manufacturer Pacific Domes, Inc.
