Relief fund Sara lost access home

On May 4th 2018 the lava eruption started in Leilani estates , puna , Hawaii . It took almost a whole month of uncertainty and waiting on the fate of our farm. On June 2nd the last accessible way to our farm was cut off when the lava went across highway 137 south of 4 corners. Once this happened we were totally and completely cut out .
I’m setting this GoFundMe up for my mom Sara Steiner Jackson . She has put her blood sweat and tears onto this land (our farm on Pohoiki Road ) for almost 20 years and I am asking for some help in this scary time for my mom . She now has nothing . Her truck isn’t working well, and she made a living from our farm which now she is unable to get to . She is bouncing around at friends houses to live . We have lost my grandma and aunts home in Leilani estates due to the lava as well so she has lost that as a place to stay, never had we thought we would loose these special places .. Anything we receive here will help Sara to sustain a reasonable life in this super hard time for us all in Puna . It will go towards gas , temporary housing , food, animal food, regular items for daily living, it will help to pay her bills .
Sara Steiner Jackson is well known in the community . She works so hard and endlessly for our community. She started Laulima Pahoa the non profit for Pahoa town . through Laulima Pahoa she helps promote children's art, live music, culture, and feeding the homeless at the same time, she usually hold Laulima pahoa events at the Pahoa Community Center, but now due to the rec center being filled with lava evacuees we need to find a different area in the meantime for events . She fights to right wrongs done in our community and in our system . She is a well known artist . If you help Sara you can be sure she will pay it forward as funds from here will also help with her non profit . She RARELY thinks of herself , which is why I jasmine Steiner, her daughter , has set this go fund me up .
