Relief for the Thomas’

Most of you know my friend and fellow bartender Don at Fontanas’s. His wife, Tracey Price Thomas was involved in a serious car accident on her way to work the morning of 2/11/19. She was propelled in to a telephone pole after hitting a patch of ice and bouncing off of a guardrail. A live electrical wire came loose and came down on the vehicle. She retained consciousness to the sound and sparks of this wire. Instinct said get out so she grabbed the door handle which caused intense electrocution again resulting in unconsciousness. She fell out of the vehicle but her ankle got caught in between the door and vehicle. The vehicle caught fire and by the acts of good samaritans, who grabbed fire extinguishers out of their vehicles, contained the fire until 1st responders arrived and pulled her away from the vehicle. She has sustained 2nd to 4th degree burns head to toe down the left side of her body. She has a multitude of surgeries, skin grafts and physical therapy to come. She will be out of work for a lengthy period of time. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated as these costs and loss of incomes are going to be extreme. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
