Help! Family In Need Of Funds

My daughter was born with biliary atresia And had a liver transplant a little over a year ago, and with all the issues she had to face Aubree is the sweetest and happiest little girl you will ever meet, she is two and a half years old and spent most of her life in and out of the hospital mostly in, we have 5 beautiful kids with Aubree being the youngest, 4 months after Aubree was born we found out about her condition and our lives changed emotionally and financially with our family, Aubree was moved to a hospital 400 miles away and stayed there with her mom for almost a year so it separated our family but for the good and we thank God for giving my daughter a second chance at life, we have a 2 year old Aubree and also 4,13,15,and 16 year old with really no extended family to help , so it was really rough. We have to drive Aubree to Miami 400 miles away to her doctor's appointments and also to get her blood work done and the occasional ER visits here in there.
