Recovery After Theft at Sweet Nolas

To even publish this has been a bit of a soul fight for me. I love my Sweet Nolas family of awesome guests, customers and staff. Sharing this isnt easy.
On Saturday October 13, 2018 we experienced something we never ever thought was possible at our little dive. Someone entered the building and stole our cash drawer, petty cash and various company account information. I was out of town when the theft occurred. There was no forced entry and my personal code was used to gain access to the POS System. That day, for me personally so much more was stolen. It hit my heart deep because it was clear someone that knew me, worked for me or was simply part of my weird tight little "family" did this to me .... to Sweet Nolas.
I sent out pleas privately offering to "work this out" with anyone that would just come talk to me. If they needed the money I would gladly help them....no judgment and no consequences. Nobody came forward. The actual cash on hand amount stolen was around 700.00 coupled with compromised account numbers . The whole ripple effect a this has caused financially has brought us to this total. For a small business that runs primarily on passion, hard core love and good ole blood, sweat & tears any financial hit is difficult to recover from. This one has been extra hard to move past on many levels.
Winchester has hugged us so hard and we'd love to continue to be Sweet Nolas Southern Food Lounge ...a little dive on the north side that wants to feed not just your belly but your heart and soul with New Orleans foodie love and new south cuisine. AND trumpets...we LOVE to share trumpets.
Any help is greatly appreciated and I will personally tailor a very special thank you gift to all that are able to help. I will private chef a New Orleans-centric food experience in your home, cater an office party, create a special cooking class experience and I have many more thank yous stored up in my heart that I'm dying to share.
