Re-Vote 78th District (Legal Fees)

When the final vote tally was announced on Tuesday night, Bruce Franks, Jr. was 84 votes behind Penny Hubbard in the 78th District for the Democratic Nomination. The announced vote total is 2,106 for Bruce Franks, Jr. and 2,190 for Penny Hubbard. Hubbard received 414 absentee votes to Bruce's 114. That is a difference of 300 and also an extraordinarily high number of absentee votes cast in such a small race.
We have significant evidence that the absentee process was illegally abused, as well as other violations. After discussing with David Roland(our attorney) we have set forward on a lawsuit and demand for recount/ special election. As we all know this is an expensive process, and your help would be amazing. It's time we stand up to yet another injustice that has been over looked for so many years. Support superheroes standing up for the 5th ward and 78th district.
