Reanimating Carys' art

This Saturday on their way to a family gathering in Athabasca. Carys and her partner Kelby were waiting at a red light on the Yellowhead to go on their journey and they were rear ended by a semi truck. 
Because they were going on vacation, she had brought all of her art supplies, including, paints, markers, a light table and a bunch of her works in progress to share with her family over the weekend. 
The back of the car was crushed inwards, and a bunch of the supplies were damaged and rendered useless. She is also suffering from whiplash and struggling to work on the projects that provide her income. 
The first initial thought was that the insurance company would cover the broken and lost art supplies, but the system is incredibly complicated and there won't be a settlement to compensate her for the lost supplies or work for months, if at all. 
This is a fundraiser to help her get back on her feet again, and keep creating while dealing with the stresses of going through the insurance claims and physio therapy.
