The REACT Program has had a major face lift over the past 2 years. It now has a curriculum behind the theories of human performance. The REACT Program is also credentialed to work with every Law Enforcement Agency in the state of Oklahoma under the program CLEET (Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training).
We have also been able to create the most holistically advanced evaluation system called REPS (REACT Performance Evaluation System). REPS is a three evaluation system that is very hands-on and provide over 200 Key Performance Indicators to support employee engagement and team building. We have also built an incredible website to push our mission abroad the net.
We still need your help to create the most agile mobile platform that will remove leaders from a chairtocracy to a radically transparent idea meritocracy. With your help we will be able to mobilize the evaluation system and service our workforce better and promote true wage growth which stabilizes economies across the world.
