Slana Warrior Archery NASP National

Donation protected
Hi my name is Venessa. I live in Slana, Alaska I have  been in archery for 2 years. I placed 10th place in the state which is funny because I am 10 years old. Also  I am in 4th grade. This is important because I have only been out of state once and that was to visit my family. This is going to be fun! And archery means so much to me. I wanted to thank my coaches Lyle Beauchamp and Dallas "Ole" Bates for teaching me and my friends how to shoot a bow and take time out of his life for us kids to have fun. And think how much you can help 5 kids if you can donate money it will help.

Hello everyone, my name is Tyler-James L. Emerson. I am in 9th grade boy and I am 15. I have been attending NASP for three years now and this will be my first year to go to Louisville, Kentucky for the NASP tournament. I qualified in 8th place with a score of 276 against all highschool  boys in Alaska. I will be respresenting the Slana Warriors in Slans, Alaska NASP. My highest score was a 286.I have a lot of selfesteem and I push myself to over come any challenges. This year I will do my best to be the first archer from Alaska to go to World NASP. Competing in archery is more than physical training it takes a lot of mental discipline. Slana has two of the greatest archery coaches in Alaska, Ole Bates and Lyle Beauchamp. They have spent months of their time and dedication training the Slana Archers to become accurate and consistent shooters. I will be shooting with my friends Thomas, Linnea, Hayleigh and Venessa who are also amazing archers. I have been wanting to go to Louisville, Kentucky for years, and now I finally have a shot to prove how great of an archer I am. Even just a small donation will help get the Slana Warrios and myself to Louisville, Kentucky.

Hello, my name is Linnea Beauchamp. I am one of the five students who made it to the uncomimg NASP National Archery Tournament which will be help in Louisville, Kentucky May 11-13, 2017. I am so proud to part of the Slana Warrior's Archery Team. I was so excited when I first started archer in 2015, I was fortunate enough to quialify at the  State of Alaska's tournament to qualify to Nationals in 2016. This year I again had the great fortune to qualify at the State of Alaska's tournament to compete at Nationals in Kentucky, having scored 7th for girls in the State tournament. We are a very small school in ALaska with a total of 12 students, of which 8  are on the archery team and due to the awesome coaches Ole Bates amd my father, Lyle Beauchamp who dedicte all their own time to teach us Archery, we have five students who have qualified for Nationals this year, which is wonderful for  out students most of which never have had an opportunity like this in their lives. I really hope  you can support  us financially any amount will help our cause to send our team to Kentucky.

My name is Hayleigh Lynn Barnett. I am a home school student in my first year of highschool at the age of 14. In my spare time I love to hang out with my friends, listen to music, write, bake, help my community, and enjoy yhe challenge, relaxtion, and have fun that archery brings to my life. Archery gives me a way to express myself to those aroung me since I am not all that good at communicatin. The reason I would like to ask for help in funding is I want to thank everyone who has supported me and to show my coaches, Ole Bates and Lyle Beauchamp, that their efforts in teaching me has not gone to waste or been ignored. I want to make everyone happy of me by proving that I can dominate the 'Nationals'.
