Ravi Perdigao urgent fundraiser

Hi everyone,
I am starting this fundraiser to hopefully be able to help my friend Ravi Perdigao to raise money. 
Ravi Perdigao started to have spasms on his shoulders and arms. Eventually he started to feel really tired. He lost strength  on his hands where he is unable to help himself much anymore. His speech is also affected by this Rare disease. 

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is what the first doctor think it is.  He needs to do many different exams. There are no specific exam for this disease. So we have to eliminate one by one to find out. He is currently doing physical therapy and acupuncture. He takes supplements and vitamins. 
Our health is everything in life without health we are limited. 
Ravi Perdigão is one of the most amazing guys I have had meet in my path. Really there are no words to describe the beauty in this soul. He is also a wonderful dad.
Anything that you can help with it will be highly appreciated. 
I truly believe that together we can help raise money to help with all his needs.

Eu estou iniciando essa campanha com a esperança em poder arrecadar dinheiro para ajudar o meu amigo Ravi Perdigao. 
Ravi Perdigao começou sentindo os espasmos nos ombros e braços. E eventualmente o cansaço. Suas mãos estão mais fracas e também a perda da força da voz perante a essa doença rara. 

Esclerose Lateral Amiotrófica seria o que o primeiro médico pensa que ele tem. Não existe um exame específico. Para isso é necessário fazer outros exames e ir eliminando para descobrir o que realmente é. Ele está fazendo fisioterapia e acumpultura. Está tomando suplementos e vitaminas. 
A saúde é tudo na vida. Sem ela ficamos limitados. 
Ravi Perdigao é um dos homens mais incríveis que conheci na minha jornada. Não existem palavras que descrevam a beleza dessa alma. É também um pai maravilhoso. 
Qualquer contribuição será muito gratificante. Eu realmente acredito que juntos nos podemos ajudar ele com suas necessidades.
